Go to web 'n' walk or t-zones on your phone, and click on 'Music' and then 'Full track music'. If you want to find the content you've already bought, scroll down the 'Music' page until you see 'My Music' at the bottom.  Click on this, and you'll see all the tracks and albums you've already bought. Click on any title to download it to your phone for free (roaming charges may apply if you're abroad).
