The Mobile Jukebox service is available to all T-Mobile customers with a compatible phone and internet on your phone coverage. Full track music downloads cost from £0.80 each, providing 4 versions of each track to download to your phone and to your computer. From 23 November 2010 you can buy music from us that you can play on any phone or computer. If you bought music before that, Digital Rights Management technology will still protect that music. This means you’ll only be able to play the music you’ve downloaded on the phone which you downloaded it to. If you don’t have the right phone you can still download music from www.t-music.co.uk to your PC. Internet on your phone charges apply for accessing T-Mobile Favourites until and after you download music. Additional charges may apply when using Mobile Jukebox on your handset whilst roaming outside the UK.. The tracks on sale in Mobile Jukebox are protected by copyright and are the valuable intellectual property of T-Mobile and/or its partners. You can download music and accompanying artwork for your personal, non-commercial use only. Other than this, any unauthorised editing, copying, modification, redistribution or other use is not allowed without T-Mobile or its partners having approved it in writing beforehand. If you do any of those things without T-Mobile’s prior approval you’ll be responsible for all liability, losses, costs and/or damage which T-Mobile (and its partners) incur as a result of your unauthorised use, and you can’t claim any losses back from us which result from that use.
